  • The product will be delivered at your shipping address as we have multiple shipping address option.
  • In shipping address, pin code, full address and active contact number should be mention for smooth delivery.
  • Once we receive the order, your placed order will be process next day and will be handed over to courier party.
  • Once courier party receives the parcel, a Email/massage will be received by you with tracking number.
  • You can track the product through the visit of courier party’s website or through the Milk Village’s website.

Our Cancellation Policy :

  • If you do not want the order with any reason, you can cancel the order by visiting the website.
  • We will accept the cancelled request and will not forward to dispatch department.
  • You will be informed through the massage/Email for cancelled order and forwarded for refund if the payment is made in advance.
  • In case of technical and product unavailability issue, Milk Village has the right of cancellation and for this activity we will inform you through the massage/Email.

Our Return Policy:

  • Milk Village supplies the product after checking & verifying the product before dispatching, we will not entertain return request.
  • We will accept the return request for damage received product, leakage received product only.
  • If you receive the damage/leakage product during the delivery, please do not accept the goods and raise the request for return with return remark.
  • If you find the damage/leakage product after delivery, please inform us within 2 hours immediately and after this we may not accept the request.

Our Refund Policy:

  • Milk Village supplies the product after checking & verifying of product before dispatching.
  • Milk Village will refund the amount in case of complete order cancellation only.
  • If the complete order is cancelled by customer before delivery of product, the process of refund will go through the internal process that will take 2-3 working days
  • Once the refund process is approved, the request will be forwarded to your bank and the amount will be reflected in your account within 7 working days
